At the Baltimore Urban Baseball Association (BUBA), we embody innovation, creativity, and unwavering dedication to igniting positive change in underserved communities. Our mission is to create transformative opportunities primarily for minority youth, both boys and girls, by harnessing the power of baseball and softball.
Our vision is rooted in enhancing the lives of at-risk youth and young adults across Baltimore City. Through comprehensive teaching, personalized coaching, impactful mentoring, and enriching education, we strive to be a beacon of hope and progress in their lives. We stand committed to revitalizing the heart of the game – baseball and softball – within the city limits of Baltimore. We believe that the sport’s values of teamwork, resilience, and discipline provide a powerful backdrop for nurturing cultural diversity and holistic youth development.
